The Official BDSFA Inc issued ID Card has to be in possession of the Team Official prior to the start of the match or the player CANNOT PLAY. If you have lost an ID Card it can be replaced, but the player cannot play, even though they are properly registered, until the ID Card is at the game! If you do not have an ID Card, is it assumed you are not registered and cannot participate in any game.
