07/020 TREASURER'S REPORT
1. As tabled
2. I have invoiced the clubs for the payment of the Ball order we placed. Please note that this invoice is to be within seven days.
3. MSA all outstanding bills be paid

07/021 SECRETARY MANAGER'S REPORT
1. Report give on the FFA Constitution review committee
2. Notes from the Premier League meeting were tabled and discussed.
Newbury have withdrawn from Premier League.
MSA that we will run a 10 team competition for Premier League
Ian Westray apologised for not attending last weeks meeting
3. Notes from the FDC meeting were tabled and discussed
4. Standing committees were discussed at length. Please think about it and we will discuss again
5. Registrations are very slow I feel some clubs are having trouble and some don't wish to part with the money. Next year we will go back to paying 60% of last years registration bill as per Soccer NSW Rules
6. Lourdes Academy discussion. I wrote to Lourdes and asked them about the Academy to explain where these kids have come from. Today we received a list of players names, Sue has checked our registration data base and none of the U10's were registered with us last year and only 7 of the U12's were registered.
We can accept them with conditions - put them up an age group, put them in as social sides. If players don't reside in the Blacktown area. We have asked Lourdes to provide address for these players.
We will discuss next week before gradings.
7. Draw for the season was discussed.
8. O35's competition discussed. There will be a issue with grounds this year. We will offer clubs the choice of playing on a Saturday once teams have been nominated.
We have had many calls and email re the age eligibility. They asked for a fair dinkum O35's competition this year thy must be 35 by the 1st January
9. Thank you to Dane and Jim for their help last week.

07/022 VICE PRESIDENT'S REPORT

2. Dane thanked jack for all his work on the field as we had many comments on how good the surface is.

07/023 P & D C REPORT
1. Statistic's tabled for season 2006 and it has been distributed to all clubs
2. I have had four requests from clubs to attend their meetings, they are Kings Langley,
St Pat's, Doonside and Workers.
3. I will be meeting with my board on the 15th March 2007

07/024 GENERAL BUSINESS
1. Laurie asked have we heard back from the Referee's Branch about the memorandum of understanding. No I will ask for the Presidents to meet so they can sign it.
2. Ian asked can either Neville or Jim attend the Referee's seminar on Saturday. Yes we will try to attend
3. Corro#20 Discussion. Decision that we will still use the referee invoice books
4. Corro#40 Discussion. For insurance purposes we need someone to be in charge of the team. We need a policy
