07/041 TREASURER'S REPORT
1. As tabled
2. MSA all outstanding bills be paid
3. Clubs that breach the rules for registration payments will be fined. Thank you to the clubs that have completed the correct paperwork for registrations and paid as per the rules.
07/042 SECRETARY MANAGER'S REPORT
1. Registration numbers are 7900 already at the end of last season we had 7953.
2. We will look at the old rule of 60% payment on previous year registrations
3. As of Wednesday all data that was received on Friday have been printed.
4. Ian thanked Jack, Sue, the M.C. who have helped and Ann Williamson with the printing and sorting of ID cards.
5. We need a policy re guidelines when suspended from all soccer activities.
6. We need to look at a protocol for competition game changes.
The web site will always be correct for all games and this is to be used. For official time and venue changes Laurie will advise when ever possible but the web is the official site for the advising of games. Clubs are responsible for ensuring correct match times.
7. Coaches coaching at multiple clubs is not allowed. We will we get legal advise on were we would stand on Insurance issues.
8. Player transfer is out of control. Protocol is needed. MSA that players will not be granted transfers until after round 3 or at the discretion express permission of the M.C.
9. Grass Roots Course on Friday night. Robyn and Dennis will attend. There were 41 booked in last week, 37 turned up with 4 ring ins. Only people who have booked in can attend and only when Sue has advised you of your date. NOTE: Coaches that do not attend courses when placed will not be given a second opportunity unless the MC approve. They will not be allowed to coach until such times as they are accredited.
10. Fines and penalties for 2007 tabled. There are no team sheets fines for the first 3 rounds for Codes 03; 04; 05; 09 ;10 and 11 only, all others are finable offenses.
MSA that the fines and penalties be accepted.
07/043 VICE PRESIDENT'S REPORT
1. Ian presented the report on Dane's behalf
Jack commented on the excellent results of the girls for the 18th March. The girls matches were washed out last Sunday and will be rescheduled.
1st grade men have progressed from last to 6th.
Thank you from Dane for the help on game days.
07/044 P & D C REPORT
1. Jim and Neville attended the NSW workshop on Judiciary matters.
2. Motion for Tigers and Glenwood not suppling information re incident in O35's which was requested. $100 fine per club for not suppling information as requested.
Jack will check to ensure information was sent MSA the above subject
3. I have attended all clubs that requested me to speak to their members.
07/045 RECORDER'S REPORT
1. Team sheets due in Sunday between 5:00pm and 6:30pm.
07/046 APPEALS BOARD REPORT
1. Eastern Creek appeal will be heard on Friday 13th April 2007, the Referee needs to be in attendance. Jack to advise all.
07/047 COMPETITION SECRETARY'S REPORT
1. Draw has been completed and is on the web.
Robyn asked was there any problems.
Laurie some but all OK. IDATA is great.
I am pleased with the draw.
I will be out and about on the weekend.
07/048 PRESIDENT'S REPORT
1. If you are struggling with your portfolio ask for help. Jack is the holder of the rules. If you get asked a question take it on board and bring back to the MC meeting.
Don't forget we need help on Spartans days.
2. I attended the Parks Forum meeting. Discussion ensued re what was presented.
07/049 GENERAL BUSINESS
1. Neville asked about were we are up to on our new ground.
Jack & Ian attended a meeting last Tuesday and presented what was discussed.
2. Jack this Saturday we will be attending a meeting at Soccer NSW re the new constitution. Ian and I will be attending and we will be voting on for the new constitution.
3. Council is trying a new way of fixing cricket pitches on Soccer fields.
4. The Office will be closed next Thursday 5th April 2007.
5. We have a new sponsor and the signs are up. Good Guys are continuing with their sponsorship again this year. Forms will be sent to clubs.
6. Ian meetings will now be weekly and all reports are to submitted on paper.
7. Laurie have been asked about the U14 girls and how it will work. Please read minutes from 14th March 2007, 07/026-20.
