MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD 14/03/07 AT FRANCIS PARK

07/025 Suspend standing orders to deal with 2007 Team Gradings

07/026 TEAM GRADING
1. Lourdes have withdrawn their U14-3 team
2. Marayong U18 girls - I have asked Granville if they can take them. Granville advised that thy have an U19 competition and they are welcome to come and play but they won't play at home. I have advised Marayong of this and they will get back to me.
3. MSA Not to accept Lourdes U10-1 team due to 51% of players live outside the area.
4. Plumpton U9-3 and U9-4 volunteered to move up, they were the only ones to reply.
5. U9 - 8 team competition with 6 divisions graded with a bye in Division 5
6. U10 -U10-1 competition have bye all others 8 team competitions.
7. U11 - 8 team competition with 5 divisions. There are teams missing from the BDSFA suggested gradings. We were unable to check as some clubs have not sent in their Data and many have not included divisions.
8. U12 - U12-1, 8 team, U12 -2, 10 team, U12-3, 8 team and U12-4, 9 team with a bye.
9. U13 - U13-1, 6 team, U13-2, 6 team, U13-3, 8 team and U13-4 7 team with a bye
10. U14 -Congratulations to the clubs on your team nominations
U14-1, 8 team, U14-2, 9 team with a bye and U14-3, 8 team.
11. U15 - U15-1, 7 team with a bye, U15-2, 6 team and U15-3, 6 team.
12. U16 - Division 1 and 2 6 team competition.
13. U17 - 10 team competition
14. U18 - 8 team competition
15. Premier League - accepted as 10 team competition
16. O35, this is age group is a bad as the U9's to grade.
O35-1, 7 team with a bye, O35-2, 9 team with a bye and O35-3, 7 team with a bye.
17. AAL - AAL-1, 6 team, AAL-2, 6 team, AAL-3, 9 team with a bye and AAL-4, 8 team.
18. U10 girls 10 team competition
19. U12 girls 10 team competition
20. U14 girls 12 nominations, we will split into two groups. The top two from each group will contest the final series. They will be know as
21. U16 girls 9 team competition
22. U21 - will join with U18's they will play each other once and will be advised later of the rest of their competition. They will be split into separate final series.
23. AAM - AA-1, 10 team, AA-2, 10 team, AA-3, 10 team, AA-4, 10 team, AA-5, 9 team and AA-6, 8 team.

07/033 SECRETARY MANAGER'S REPORT
6. I have been asked by Parklea if their Premier League squad could have squad numbers. Discussion ensued.
MSA accepted that all Premier League teams can have squad numbers.
MSA that the numbers run in alphabetical order
MSA that new team sheets will be made for Premier League.
2. Most clubs are doing the right thing and the registration information that is coming in is error free. Most Club registrars are doing an excellent job under trying circumstances. There are clubs that haven't even sent any data yet, one being our largest club.
Registration Cut off 23rd March 2007 at 4:00pm and if payment for registrations hasn't been received the cards will not be released. Coaches and Managers must be registered, team cards will not be released unless the team has a coach and manager.
3. We are running 6 grass roots coaching course, we have asked clubs for names of coaches to be submitted to us only those names on the course will accepted on the night. We will need help with the administration on the night of the courses. Please let Sue know when you can help out. Only the coaches registered with the Office will be accepted for that night.

2. Question on Insurance and who is covered. The insurance exempts coaches who are not accredited, therefore Coaches are only covered once they are accredited, all managers are covered under our normal insurance.
