07/057 TREASURER'S REPORT
1. As tabled
2. MSA all outstanding bills be paid
3. Thanks to clubs for paying their registrations on time.

07/058 SECRETARY MANAGER'S REPORT
1. Registrations are complete, not without some bothers. Misuse by some clubs of the warning drop-down caused most of our problems last week, we have changed the way in which we accept data and the problem should not arise again. 8042 registered players to date.
2. I have checked with Football NSW and they do not have a problem with Coaches officiating at different Clubs. Suggest allowing clubs to register coaches/managers as "new" to avoid confusion.
3. The Grass Roots course continues with good support, some nominees did not attend. Suggestion that clubs be billed $25.00 per head for non-attendees (as we will be billed for the course) and that if, and when, we hold extra courses to make up, persons who had their names down for a course and did not attend are not subsidised on the second course and all coaches who are not accredited by 31st May are stood down.
4. Ian and I attended the Soccer NSW EGM on Saturday. 3 motions were put and resolved in the positive. Soccer NSW is now Football NSW and we are a Zone for electoral purposes but remain an Association for all else. A new Constitution was adopted. There was one dissenting vote only.
5. New Premier and Reserve team Sheet for perusal, allows all the BDSFA Inc information to be on one team sheet.
6. Re Jim Neal's issue last week - copy of email sent to Jim by Glenwood received (Corro 18) and Tigers did speak with me on the matter. Matter resolved
7. The Office will be closed Thursday
8. Discussion required on Referee Payment - suggest clubs nominate address (electronic or snail) for referees to send account. MC will not be involved. Suggest Roo Ball refs be paid on the day with a notation in the Referees Payment Invoice Book, Clubs to retain all copies and NOT send them to BDSFA.
9. 3 requests from FDC to revise the U14 girls competition following large scores against Plumpton and Kings Langley (to different divisions). Checked team sheets see how many girls were on the field. Teams were short of players. Suggest MC reviews the situation over the new few matches and make all efforts to find more players for the teams.
10. Request to review upgrade rules for FDC players into All Age Ladies. Suggestion; Allow FDC SENIOR players to be upgraded into any division IE U16G may play AAL-4 etc.
11. The following Resolutions were made.
1. MSA Coaches and Managers may officiate at different clubs, the second clubs to advise the office and instructions will be given for registration,
2. MSA Clubs must pay for non-attendees to Coaching Courses, -subsidies will not be offered for Persons who had their names down for a course and did not attend.
3. MSA Clubs be asked to provide an official email address for Referees payments to be sent.
4. MSA That David Hubbard be requested to fast track visits to FDC's
5. MSA That Senior girls in the U16 girls be allowed to upgrade into lower divisions of AA Ladies. (Duty of Care and all other rules apply)
