2. Best Rd Reserve -injury to player U14-1

4. Glenwood Reserve - no incidents - No referee's for Sunday
5. H.E.Laybutt Reserve - Saturday - Glenwood failed to show a ID card from U8 Magpies, U13-1 club ref sent a Quakers Hill parent from the sideline for abusing the assistant from Quakers Hill, No referee's for U7 Whales and Lions, U13-1 and U16-1 Sunday no referee's for AA-1,2 and 6 , Ambulance called for AA-1 player
6. Hanna Reserve - No referee's showed for Hanna 3 and 4 - Sunday Parklea AA-4 refused to show ID Cards before the game, injury to player U21
7. Harvey Park -no incidents Sunday Newbury AA-3 and Quakers Hill AA-1 didn't pay referee fees.
8. Heber Park - Referee G Clarke refused to Referee the last 3 games due to field not marked correctly.
9. Lynwood Park - no incidents 31st March or 14th & 15th April
10. Marayong Oval - incident with Plumpton Coach and Manager and Match Official U9-2 - Sunday incident between Eastern Creek AA-3 manager and Rooty Hill manager
11. Minchinbury Park - Saturday U13-4 coach from Eastern Creek was sent from the sideline by the referee
12. Morreau Reserve - no incidents
13. Patterson Reserve -Ambulance called for Glenwood roo ball player
14. Quakers Hill Park - Friday no incidents - Saturday injury to players - Sunday injury to players
15. Schofields Park - no incidents
16. William Lawson Reserve - no incident 30th March - no incidents 14th & 15th April
17. Whalan Res & Cor Bouwer Reserve - no incidents

1. Jack- we have been working one a new team sheet, as we have a large amount of the old style, permission is sought to order and use the new sheets for senior matches and use old stock on junior matches until the stock expires. Permission granted.
2. Robyn - holiday camp going well
3. Neville - requires copies of the Objects Rules and By Laws for the Appeals Board.
