07/128 TREASURER'S REPORT
1. Term deposit due for renewal.
2. MSA All outstanding account be paid.

07/129 SECRETARY MANAGER'S REPORT
1. Discussion on accreditation - all courses finished but many coaches did not turn up when booked in. MSA That all unlicensed coaches cease coaching 31st May 2007 and cannot return until accredited.
2. Issues with Football NSW who have sent out a revised version of the 2008 Competition Format with NO promotion from DYL into Super.
3. I have an appointment with CEO and GM of Football NSW 9:30am Thursday.
4. Strapping Course - I have enough to run course- $60 per head but must attend 2 courses, can we subsidise - MSA 50% subsidy.
5. Janice Brookes has been compiling lists of upgraded players and has caught up to current round - thanks to Janice.
6. "Its Your Business" Course, usually $165 per head, free course on 6th June for all.
Clubs must register their attendees direct to NSW Sports and Rec.
7. FDC U14 Girls Final Resolve discussed

07/130 COMPETITION SECRETARY
1. Match terminated due to injury, recommend that match result will stand MSA all agreed.

07/131 P&DC REPORT
1. Report tabled
2. Discussion on recommendation to MC on consumption of alcohol.
3. MSA That the MC will consider loss of points if a club is found guilty of consuming alcohol at grounds.

07/132 REGISTRAR'S REPORT

07/132 RECORDER'S REPORT
1. Newbury did not deliver team sheets MSA Fine to apply
2. Noted that Newbury team sheets were still not on site.
3. AA-1 Eastern Creek forfeited on day - discussion resolved that Eastern Creek has attended at the wrong time, Competition Secretary was asked if a change was made to draw, a change was made 31.3.07 and has been on the web site since that date. MSA Forfeit will stand.

07/133 APPEALS REPORT
1. Appeal to go ahead from St Patricks - Neville set date of 25.05.07 at 7:30pm and asked for assistance in informing club, Eastern Creek's outstanding appeal will also be heard on the same night at 8:15pm
