07/144 TREASURER'S REPORT
1. As tabled
2. The building fund has been reinvested for 8 months at a good rate.
3. MSA that all outstanding accounts be paid.
4. Dane asked are all clubs financial - No
5. All clubs are reminded that their bills must be paid, $50.00 fine applied to all outstanding clubs, Clubs please note, for some this is the second fine, if a third is applied you may lose points or be removed from competition.

07/145 SECRETARY MANAGER'S REPORT
1. Strikers and Goal Keepers course this Thursday if anyone can lock up for me tomorrow night please let me know as I have a Sydney Branch meeting to attend.
2. Report from Football NSW meeting last week.
3. We will hold one Junior Licence course for coaches that aren't accredited but we will not subsidise it. All coaches must be accredited by the 31st May or enrolled in a course.
4. We had two girls play in the U13's for Blacktown Workers on the weekend. I have asked the State for a ruling. Workers did ask can U12 girls play with the boys and I advised them they could but I wasn't aware they were going to play in the U13's. This team is struggling with numbers.
5. Seven Hills AA-2 team would not return to the field for the second half of their match against Rooty Hill on Sunday. We asked for reports and they were received on Tuesday. This is a serious offence and I have informed Seven Hills that the team is to stand down until the incident is investigated by the P&DC.
6. We will be having a It's Your Business Workshop on Wednesday 6th June please let us know if you wish to attend as we must register for this course.
7. The June Long weekend is a full weekend for Spartans please keep it free. I will be doing a roster.
8. U10's & U12's KO needs to be discussed. To General Business.
9. FDC's club inspections will continue.
10. Academy started last Friday night - maybe we need to look at when these courses are being held. We could look at holding them on a Sunday.
11. We have an ineligible player playing in the O35's for Eastern Creek as he is also registered with the Granville Association - Pendle Hill club. It is an offence and the club will be fined and a LOP will apply for all games the player has been on the team sheet. We will ask the club to show cause why further penalties should not be given and report to the MC by next Wednesday 30th May 2007.

07/146 VICE PRESIDENT'S REPORT
1. As tabled
2. A report has been sent to Football NSW re the incident that took place on Saturday afternoon during the U18's match at Francis Park.
3. Kings Langley U14girls attended training with our girls on Tuesday night.
4. Our U18 and State League men teams went on a road trip to Minchinbury on Tuesday night and we wish to thank Minchinbury for the use of their ground and hospitality. Thank you to Manuel and Tony for taking the Metro League.

07/147 RECORDER'S REPORT
1. As tabled
2. Parklea U14-2 forfeit on Saturday
3. O35's some games weren't played on Friday night. Jack advised that we did ask the clubs to assess their grounds so that the weekend games could be played which they did.

07/148 P & D C REPORT
1. As tabled
2. Discussion on the consumption of Alcohol at grounds. I was at Parklea's ground on Sunday and Alcohol was consumed. I spoke with Parklea and asked them to address the issue. The problem I have is that I have already penalised one club, therefore I believe we can't turn a blind a eye to the situation. Discussion ensued.
It was resolved that Parklea be but on a bond.
MSA Parklea be placed on a $200 bond for breeching the Alcohol policy.

07/149 REGISTRAR'S REPORT
1. As tabled for rounds 6 & 7
2. Lourdes have had a player upgrade 4 times already
Thank you to Janice Brooks for completing the check of upgrades.
4. Robyn asked for a copy of all team sheet fines.

07/150 COMPETITION SECRETARY'S REPORT
1. The iData is working well so there is no need to send out weekly competition Secretary's reports. The web is always correct.

07/151 GENERAL BUSINESS
1. Corro#23 We received a team sheet from Newbury and the wrong names of the players were on the wrong side of the team sheet. Are we doing the right thing by letting the clubs get away with this type of error as it is not up to the Sunday night crew to start checking what team players play for.
Discussion ensued
MSA that if the team sheet is not completed correctly a new team sheet is to be issued
2. U10's & U12's KO - Discussion.
It was resolved that the KO's will be compulsory for division 1 and 2 teams and open to other divisions by the clubs nominating teams.
Suggestion that everyone will play each other once using short game format.
Dates - U10's Sunday 17th June @ Woodcroft Oval
U12's Sunday 24th June @ Woodcroft Oval
Semis and Final Sunday 1st July @ Francis Park.
All teams in the semi finals will get a $500 voucher for sporting gear.
Finalist will receive medals.
Could last year winners please return the Trophies. Glenwood for the U10's and Scorpions for the U12's
3. Robyn spoke on the incident that happened at Francis Park and not having a male present.
4. Neville - I am short a member for my board on Friday night - we will chase for you.
5. Dennis - I attended the Doonside and Kings Langley U14 girls match on Sunday and well done to Doonside on their first win. I was very impressed with both teams.
6. Dane - can we ask John to be person to attend Councils Sports Advisory meetings as Ian is out of action. We will ask him and check with Ian for when the next meeting is.
7. Dane - thanks to Jim for getting Francis Park ready for me each weekend.
8. Dane - Roo Ball gala day when, where etc. Discussion. We ask clubs to show an expression of interest to hold the day. It will be on 11th August 2007.
9. Jack - we have worked out a new deal with Danka for the photocopier. The office one will come out here and we will have a new one that should happen next week.
Also we are having a safe installed in the storeroom.
10. Laurie - Rooty Hill have asked me to attend the U16-1 match this weekend.
11. Laurie - have we booked a band for the dinner. Yes.
12. Dane - Spartans dinner is on the 21st July at Blacktown Workers.
