07/171 The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
Matters Arising:07/163-2 Junior Licence course - I wrote to clubs with an open letter to all coaches advising that we would have junior licence courses with no subsidy - No one replied. Clubs please be aware that these coaches must stand down and they will be not allowed to be included in the final series.
07/170 - Two clubs have not received a bill for referee payments.

07/179 P & D C REPORT

2. Question asked in regard to sentence for 2nd Yellow card when the second offence is actually listed as a "mandatory" offense.
Jack- If the referee has stated that a player was dismissed for a second cautionable offense then it can only be a 1 week suspension, unless the player is a persistent offender. We cannot interpret referee reports and if a player has received a caution and then commits an offense which should be a dismissible offense then the referees report should state that, and not send the player off for a second caution.

07/180 SECRETARY MANAGERS REPORT
1. Match Review committee report tabled. Jim has now dealt with the players. We need to discuss the results.
It is noted that Laurie and Ian left the meeting and Jim joined the meeting.
Discussion - MSA that the Rooty Hill RSL AA-5 team be stood down for 5 matches.
It is noted that Laurie and Ian returned to the meeting and Jim left the meeting.
2. U10 & U12's KO - we will leave the seeding until the draw has been done.
3. Female participation - If we have U18 girls next year we will take most the girls from our U16's as the majority are U15 this year so they will still be able to play on U16's next year. We should look at having a Prems and Reserves. We will discuss again.

Suggestions for seeding -
Division 1 team v's a division 2 team -1 goal
Division 1 team v's a division 3 or 4 team - 2gaol
Division 2 team v's a division 3 or 4 team - 1 goal
2. The idata is working well and we have a better coverage of referee's

1. Finals discussion - we will need somewhere with 5 fields to hold them on the one day.
2. Laurie has spoken to the programmer about ways of highlighting changes to draw information. Some ideas have been discussed but will not be ready for this season. 3. Les - has a decision been made about Eastern Creek O35's yet. No I am waiting to hear from Granville.
4. Dane - Doug Henretty has been appointed as our U10 Talent Scout he will out and about looking at the kids.
5. Jack - Laurie is about to split the U18's and U21's, clubs please note their round 10 game will be played in July as per the current draw.
6. Jack - I am looking at the Rules if there is anything you think needs to be changed or revised please let me know. We need to look at how we select a board.
7. Jack explained Standing Committees and how they would work.
