07/192 SECRETARY MANAGERS REPORT
1. Re item in Minutes 30th May 2007 #07/153-40
It has been established that player Kumar has played for both Eastern Creek and Pendle Hill and was registered for both Clubs in two different Associations.
Eastern Creek proved that they had done everything possible to ensure their players understood the rules and correctly registered the player, and had written asking the MC to re-consider the large fine.
MSA That Kumar remain suspended. The points remain forfeited. That Eastern Creek's fine be lowered to $400 in total.

3. U10's & U12's KO have been cancelled
4. Womens Football discussion
U14 girls - we may need to look at them again
Discussion point: if only 12 teams are nominated they play 18 rounds.
Discussion on 2008. There are only 38 females playing U16 that would be too old for that age group next season.
There are enough players, already registered with FDC's to form an U21 Division. Suggest that we look at a Prem and Reserves type competition with U21 and 1st Grade for FDC.
Discussion on the amount of girls playing one and two years above their age Discussion on girls to playing in correct age groups
We already have rules re maximum age to play up
5. Wet weather discussion - Round 11 to after round 18, this weekend we will look at after State Cup games are played. We can use the same format as last year for the semi final series. Roo ball catch ups will be as per full field. The Roo ball gala day will be the last round before the semi final series.
6. New rules for WWC in 2008, clubs are to keep their own records.
7. Finals discussion - Whalan would not be a problem. There would be a problem with security. We could hold the girls and women Finals at a different venue on a separate day and make it a carnival atmosphere. More discussion next meeting.
8. Spartans - the management should come back to the association.
We will discuss again when Dane is here
9. Sydney F.C. are having Association days again this season our day for the Association is in January.
