07/270 MSA suspended normal standing orders
07/271 SECRETARY MANAGERS REPORT
1. We may have a problem with Aquilina Reserve and the Grand Finals this year, hopefully it will be resolved tomorrow. Long discussion on alternative locations.
2. Southern Districts Association have informed us of 3 players playing with us and registered with them and a further 2 playing within the BDSFA are under long suspensions from Southern Districts.
Discussions ensued
Players from Eastern Creek AA-1, AA-2 and AA-4 are registered for both Associations, MSA That the players are declared ineligible as per the rules.
Noted: the fine to the club is $10,000. Discussion ensued.
Motion that the AA-1, AA-2 and AA-4 teams and registered players from Eastern Creek be removed from the competition and all points are removed and that all players are further suspended until 31/12/07. Motion carried
ID cards to be returned to the Office for the suspended players and team officials.
Motion that the fine be suspended and the club be written to and asked to show cause why the fine should not be imposed.
Discussion- issues raised on how to protect Clubs from such issues in the future, discussion included suggestions for Club membership rules, BDSFA player registration rules and better procedures for checking ineligible players.
Suggestion to have a offense called "Cheating".
Jack will look at a filter for registration uploads from Clubs to sort out ineligible players.
A player from Newbury O35-1 and a player from Eastern Creek AA-4 are under suspension from Southern Districts.
Discussion.
As the FNSW Suspended player list was not freely available to clubs this season, it is resolved that both players be expelled with no further action on the Clubs involved.
Discussion - Jack to report back to the committee
Clubs are to advise their Coaches of the cheating that has happened this year and that spot checks will be done and if anyone is found guilty of cheating the teams will be removed from the competition and points will be removed.
3. Roo Ball Gala Day - I had a meeting with Good Shepherd they will purchase the food and drinks and they asked if we will purchase any excess stock. Decision we will only purchase full boxes of stock and we will not purchase any perishables.
4. P & DC and Appeals - I suggest a visit to Sydney Branch and compulsory reading of the PDC & Appeals Board Policy for all concerned.
5. We had an abandoned match on Saturday, Laurie will have a report from the Match Review Committee hearing.
6. U14 girls Grand Final - Discussion
Motion that the points table be combined from the Matildas and Sapphires and the top 4 points scorers go into the final series based on points, goals for etc. Motion carried
Discussion on who will go to Champion of Champions
Motion that due to the split series of the U14 girls, the winner of the Grand Final will represent the Association at Champion of Champions

Matters Arising: 07/267-3 Laurie asked for some guidelines for next time when this may happen. Jack noted that he had asked the Appeals Board for a directive but none was forthcoming. We will discuss this at a rules meeting. and speak with both clubs involved and come up with the best solution.

3. Case 637 the board recommend loss of points and a fine of $200 be imposed to Blacktown Workers for breaching By Law 80.1 section K. Moved and carried.
4. Case 648 the board made recommendations to the MC. MSA That the recommendations be changed to read:
That the AA-4 Riverstone team be stood down for 3 matches 2 of those matches deemed served and to stand down in round 18 and a fine of $200 be imposed.
That the Riverstone Executive be cited to appear before the MC at a date to be set by the Secretary Manager for determination that the secretary of Riverstone instructed the team to walk off the field. Note: Secretary asked permission to hold meeting after the season ends.
07/284 APPEALS REPORT
1. As tabled - Discussion about accepting additional evidence, changing the pleas from the P & DC hearings.
Jack - I have issues with the findings as the appeal was on severity of sentence IE an acceptance of guilt. Permission asked to Appeal further to Sydney Branch on the grounds that our Appeals Board Policy was not adhered to. Permission granted.
We need to look at the composition of the boards of the Appeals and P & DC

2. AAL Kings Langley v's Riverstone - Riverstone have since had a player suspended
The Appeals board recommended that the teams be as per the team sheet . I feel we must let the suspended player play.- granted
3. Roo Ball Gala day we will pay the referee fees.
4. Grand Final day clubs are asked to pay the Association for the referee's and we will arrange payment with the Referee's Branch.
