07/356 SECRETARY MANAGERS REPORT
1. Congratulations to Dane, David and our U11 Metro Boys, being Runners Up from 4th spot.
2. The finals. Great weekend well done to everyone. Thanks to Spartans Coaching staff for the MVP Awards. Special thanks to Billy Borg and St Pat's for once again allowing us to use Anne Aquilina Reserve. Thank you to Parklea and Doonside for organising the Mascots at such short notice.
3. Sue and I met Ann Williamson at Quakers Park on Tuesday. Transport may be a problem as Billy Borg is unavailable.
Will our coaching staff be there. Yes
4. We have received the paperwork for Spartans team nominations for 2008
5. Laurie and Ian are going to Griffith with the boys. Reminder to clubs be make sure teams ring me with scores after their games
6. We should be having a meeting with council re our new home soon.
7. The issue Chris raised last week re Work Cover is not an issue for us.
8. With Dane changing jobs the Spartans Football Management will be done by the office now.
9. Thanks to Michael Quarmby for donating vouchers to each club contesting our Grand Finals.

07/357 VICE PRESIDENT'S REPORT
1. Well done to the U11 boys last Sunday and thanks to Ian for attending. I would like to thank Larry Grant and Kim Burge on the marvellous job they did.
2. Spartans presentation next Thursday
3. Trial dates handed out.

07/358 MSA Suspend standing orders to meet with the Executive committee from Parklea Soccer Club.
Jack - We have asked you in tonight to discuss a report we had from Prospect about your supporters consuming Alcohol and after asking to stop they continued.
We have had other reports during the year about this as well
Maurice - We have spoken to the people involved and they assured us that they did
Stop after they were asked too.
Jack - It is against the law and if people are fined Council may take the park away from the user and give it to another sport
Discussion continued
Jack - it seems this report may be incorrect. We ask you to educate your people and reinforce it during the season
Maurice - we will be forwarding a letter regarding the incident last Sunday.
Ian - we are not here to discuss that incident tonight
Jack - Thank you for all the work you did for us on the weekend and for organising your mascots.

07/360 P & D C REPORT
1. As tabled
2. Three send offs last weekend all received 1 match suspension
3. I have 4 outstanding case and they have been set for the 24th September 2007. Letters sent by registered post today.
4. I was approached by Barry Walbancke re a club speaking with a referee and then the referee changing his report. Jack - if they have a problem they should report the incident and we will deal with it.

1. Report tabled on how well clubs did last weekend

07/363 GENERAL BUSINESS
1. Neville thanked everyone that helped at the BBQ area last weekend.
2. Laurie - did we do well from the weekend. Yes, but costs for infrastructure hire and traffic management were very expensive, but we managed a small profit.
3. Thank you to Nathan and Dean Carroll for their hard work all weekend and especially on Saturday with the saw dust.
4. Please remember your reports for the Annual report.
5. Robyn - Anyone that has any equipment of the BDSFA please let me know.
