07/368 TREASURER'S REPORT

2. MSA all outstanding accounts be paid.
3. Council have said the will reimburse us for the hire of the toilet block
4. Laurie - how much did we make on Sunday. Jack replied we had a good day and sold out of everything.
07/369 SECRETARY MANAGERS REPORT
1. FDC - We have 11 nominations from clubs to become FDC's. Discussion ensued
Clubs that nominated are Doonside, Glenwood, Kings Langley, Parklea, Plumpton, Prospect, Quakers Hill, Tigers, Rooty Hill RSL, and two new clubs Riverstone and Blacktown St Pat's.
Recommendations:
We need to hold a compulsory coaching courses for all under Junior Licence, then hold Youth Licence and possibly Senior prior to the start of next season, so all coaches are accredited
MSA all agreed
MSA that we accept all Clubs that applied to become FDC's for season 2008 be accepted with our aim for all clubs to FDC by 2010.
MSA That all coaches undergo the next license course or not be accepted as coaches for 2008.
2. Girls Grand Final day was a huge success. Thanks to Billy Borg and Quakers Hill for their help and support.
3. Champion of Champions we had 7 teams travel to Griffith with 5 coming home with wins. This weekend we play Sutherland Association 4 games at Francis Park, 4 at Cawarra (Cor Brouwer)and 2 away, with the girls travelling to Griffith. Good luck to all teams.
07/370 VICE PRESIDENT'S REPORT
1. Spartans presentation is tomorrow night at Rooty Hill RSL 6:30pm start
2. Can we get the trial dates on FNSW site for the State League men, Super league women and Metro League.

1. Thank you to the referee's branch for their hospitality last Saturday night.
07/374 GENERAL BUSINESS
1. Laurie - thanked all the teams that travelled to Griffith on the behaviour and good sportsmanship
2. Discussion on the 30th Birthday
Suggestions: -have a competition to design a new logo with some guidelines
-Press releases
-Advertise in the local papers and ask the local clubs if we can place ads in their newsletters
-Banners at the local schools
-Schools competition
3. Dane - thanks to Sue for organising everything for Spartans presentation night.
4. Discussion on Trophy hunters and how we can stop them.
Clubs should realise that we are aware that some teams are trophy hunters.
Some items discussed:
We could put out the competition for next year and have no grading night.
Have grand finals for only first division competitions
If clubs have new teams they must name the players in the team.
