Matters Arising : Ian gave report on meeting attended to reveal the FNSW future building plans.
Jim Neal thanked the MC for their kind thought and flowers.

07/431 Standing orders were suspended to meet with Newbury
Present for Newbury, Bruce Campbell and Joanne Magnocavallo.
MC asked Newbury if they needed assistance - reply that all was OK and plans for 2008 were already in concert and they should get out of the financial difficulty.
Discussion ensued.
Cheque for Affiliation was received.
Newbury were thanked for their attendance and further discussion by the MC concluded with a resolution to monitor Newbury's progress and render assistance where necessary.
Standing orders were resumed

Laurie Archer joined the meeting.

07/432 TREASURER'S REPORT
1. As tabled
2. MSA all outstanding accounts be paid.
3. Question asked re summer soccer payments - Marayong yes, others no

07/433 SECRETARY MANAGERS REPORT
1. Affiliation - all but Good Shepherd now compliant with rules. Good Shepherd second signatory has personal problems interstate and cannot sign cheque.
MSA That all affiliation be accepted, Good Shepherd to be held over subject to receiving payment.
2. Further discussion on SSG re start of season etc. MC asked to consider over the break and finalise plan at first meeting of the new year.
3. Card Printer purchase discussed and resolved.
4. Discussion on young coaches - no issue with age and attaining Grass Roots Certificate, but we should adopt a policy in regard to having an adult present at all times.

07/434 GENERAL BUSINESS
1. Jim Neal - P&DC met re complaint from Parklea. Recommendation to MC that no further action be taken. Discussion - recommendation adopted.
2. Discussion re clubs holding registration days in other clubs locality. MC resolved it was not within the spirit of the game and should be discouraged.
3. Discussion re voting procedure at FNSW AGM.
