08/046 SECRETARY MANAGERS REPORT

1. Major Raffle - Sue did a ring around today and we are very disappointed with the response from the clubs. We will meet with Spartans Fundraising team and we will need to push the Westpoint days. I have offered tickets to Demons.
2. I met with Norm Boardman from FNSW and he has asked us to change some things with the running of day for the SSG. They will also bring the guy from FFA.
3. Premier League meeting only 9 teams we will need to find another team as we cannot allow a bye.
4. O35's meeting good idea about wash outs if we have them to play their catch ups after round 14 instead of 4 random games.
5. Blacktown Sun - I meet with the Editor today and they are offering space in the paper. Human interest stories, Premier League table each week, oldest player
6. Coffee machines - Jack to source.
7. Francis Park will be ready for this weekend all games have been moved to Palmyra.
Help will be needed as it will be a big day.
8. Sports Aid Support - I signed an agreement with them today to sell field signs on our behalf.

08/047 GENERAL BUSINESS
1. Discussion on Seven Hills United - if they nominate division 1 teams will we allow them to play in out of area competitions.
We would have to enforce that on Mt Druitt and Scorpions.
What about Champion of Champions - it is up to the MC to decide who represents the Association.
All teams to be nominated with names and addresses.
Did we get a response from the letter you wrote? Yes a verbal response.
2. The Blacktown City Sports Awards where on last Saturday and we wonder why we weren't invited, can we write to Council.
3. Robyn - thanks to Plumpton for their donation for Auditing their books.
4. Laurie - are the referee's using Francis Park on Saturday. We will check for you.
