Matters Arising: 08/063-3 There are 2 clubs that have not paid yet. Their ID cards will not leave the office until payment is received.
What is the fine. Another $50 from Thursday, they do have until Friday to pay, from 7pm Thursday we will let Laurie know about forfeits.
08/066-1 The FDC draw has now been fixed.

08/071 TREASURER'S REPORT

08/072 SECRETARY MANAGERS REPORT
1. SSG - the day was fantastic and everyone had a great time. Any fears have now gone. We have a great article in the Blacktown Sun.
Thank you to everyone that helped and thanks to Chris and Kerry Anne Seath.
The referee's did a good job.
We are disappointed that two clubs did not attend.
We also held the biggest Grass Roots coaching course held.
New Guidelines for SSG.
- Once a goal has been scored the game will restart from the centre.
- We will have kick ins when a ball has gone out.
- Goal kick outs are to be taken from a mid point between the goal and sideline.
- No coaches or managers are allowed on the field when the match is on.
2. Registrations we have over 8,000 players registered. No card will be produced without a photo or FFA number. We still haven't received data from Schofields Scorpions.
3. The girls round robin went well and will get better, congratulations to Rooty Hill.
4. The competition starts this Friday and there will be a lot of teams that don't have full teams.
5. Day light savings ends this weekend.
6. Referee coverage - I did ask them to attend tonight, they are very busy and will attend next week.

08/73 VICE PRESIDENT'S REPORT

3. Spartans Family night this Saturday.
4. We commence our first Club visit next Tuesday to Doonside with Metro, State League and WSL.

08/074 P & D C REPORT
1. Dane advised that a State meeting he attended the State Referee Manager advised them that the referee's will be policing swearing and that it is a Red card offence.

08/075 COMPETITION SECRETARY'S REPORT
1. Clubs please be aware that on the field draw you now have two fields for U6's and then 1 for U7's etc.
2. We wish all the teams the best of luck for the 2008 season.
3. Jack advised that Colbee Park has now been officially measured at 103 lux. Clubs games at Colbee Park will kick off at 6pm as the lights go off at 10pm, Council rules.

08/076 REGISTRAR'S REPORT
1. All going well. Some clubs did very well, but some clubs need to get better at what they are doing.

08/077 RECORDER'S REPORT
1. Francis Park will be open from 5pm to 6:30pm fro the drop off and collection. Team sheets will not be accepted by Blacktown Spartans staff.

08/078 GENERAL BUSINESS
1. The April General meeting will be on 16th April 2008
2. School Holiday camp will be held at Woodcroft Oval.
3. Discussion on Referee's.
4. The U10 KO will be held on 11th May and the U12KO will be held on 25th May. The KO's are compulsory for division 1 and 2 and other division can nominate by the 24th April 2008.
