08/127 GENERAL BUSINESS
1. Re corro #17 Discussion on match balls at grouped FDC games.
MSA That the host club supply the match balls
2. Discussion on letter received from Quakers Hill re allegations of poaching and the "Unofficial Forum".
Noted that the Unofficial Forum is just - nothing to do with the BDSFA and not supported by the MC.
3. Clubs are asked to check their records for players who have played the entire 30 years of our history and let us know.
4. Return to discussion on "capping numbers" at clubs. Jack - council are interested in bringing something in supporting this but I do not think it is practical, most of our current small clubs were once our biggest. People move or get older in areas and everyone get a turn to be the biggest club - for a while.
5. Discussion on the probable closure of grounds this weekend as council have to make a decision on Thursday. Suggestion to move the entire round to the June long weekend if not played.
6. Noted that some clubs were very slow to complete State Cup team nomination forms. MSA that if any teams do not have their paperwork delivered to the office by 3:00pm Thursday they will be withdrawn and have to pay forfeit fines.
