Here at the BDSFA Inc we are committed to supplying the very best available to our players, coaches and officials. Staffed with the Senior Coaching Staff from Blacktown Spartans, the Blacktown Football Academy will be the focal point of improving player skills. Our firm policy to give our players the best possible coaching will continue with subsidised coaching courses for our many volunteers. A new FFA accredited course will be offered to all which will fulfill the needs of our Junior Players, whilst the more career orientated coach will still have available further license courses to take them through to coaching at the top level. The FFA has a new slogan for coach education which reflects that which has always been the belief of the BDSFA Inc. "FFA’s Coach Education slogan is ‘Better coaches, better football’, and it is clear that the message applies to Grassroots coaches as well as those at the elite level." |
